What you can expect
Discovery – An in-person meeting with you to map out the requirement. A thorough approach to defining the need and the critera that will define the right candidate
Sourcing – Beyond the traditional/online sources we use, Flex has a very large historical database and network that we can tap into, which provides access to otherwise unavailable candidates. In addition we will do research and direct sourcing of candidates if determined that this will be required as part of the search.
Evaluation – The Morgan Methodology that we follow outlines a detailed behaviour-based approach to interviewing (actually called ‘Innerviewing’) which goes deep into not only the hard skills but the behaviours and motivations of the candidate to ensure they will be a fit not only technically but behaviourally/culturally also.
Placement – We will present an agreed-upon number of candidates and handle negotiations to ensure a smooth process through to hire.
